We reserve appointments to accommodate your busy schedule. We will make every effort to be punctual and ask the same of our patients. We appreciate at least 24 hours notice prior to any schedule changes to give patients waiting for an appointment an opportunity to utilize the time available. Thank you for your cooperation.

EMERGENCY

In the event of a dental emergency, please contact the office and we will accommodate your needs at our earliest availability. If the office is closed, you will be prompted on how to speak directly with Dr. Whitney.

INSURANCE AND PAYMENT

As a courtesy to our patients, we submit your insurance

forms to your insurance providing companies.

Insurance benefits vary greatly – we

encourage you to review your policy

prior to your dental appointments.

We assist our patients to determine

dental coverage qualifications and

limitations; however, many providers

do not fully disclose information

to dental practices and we rely

on our patients to be

knowledgeable of their benefits.

Please note that payment balances not covered by insurance reimbursement are the responsibility of the patient. Insurance carriers may require a pre-determination of benefits before beginning extensive dental treatments. We are proud of our conservative fees and offer several payment options, including cash, check and major credit cards.
